Being a first time buyer is stressful and there's so much stuff involved its nice to feel like your realtor is someone you can trust and thats exactly how I felt with Val and Jarrett, I never felt like I was left without help and even though I had tons of questions it never felt like I was an inconvenience to them, very down to earth people and I never felt pressure to buy, also they went above and beyond what I feel there job entails even now after I've bought the house they still respond to questions, I would highly recommend them especially for a first time buyers.

Had a wonderful selling and buying experience with Jarrett and Val. They listened to our wants and needs and didn't make us feel real rushed or pressured to decide on anything. Jarrett made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the process. He was clearly looking out for our best interests unlike some of the real estate agent used car salesmen that are out there. Jarrett restored the faith for us in the fact that there are good people trying to help people in the real estate business, and my wife and I are not only hard to please, but not always easy to work with either. The thing I liked most about Jarrett was his honesty. He has knowledge of homes, appraisal prices, and construction, and even though he could make more commission on a higher priced home, he was always honest and would say, "you don't want this one." Even in negotiations, Jarrett wasn't in a rush to make his money, but was willing to walk away and find us something else if we didn't get what we wanted and what he thought we deserved.

We had a great experience with the whole process from listing to closing with Jarrett. We had the home listed the previous year with someone else and there was very little activity and no offers. The fist week we had multiple showings and had an offer we accepted in less than 30 days. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the area. We would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor!
